Data Deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Achi

• In Achi: Settings → Instagram & Facebook → Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately.
• Or in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, remove Achi. Facebook notifies us and we delete the connection and token automatically.
• To delete the whole business account and its conversation history, write to aram.nersisyan.work@gmail.com from the account owner's email address.

If you messaged a business that uses Achi

Your conversation belongs to that business. You can ask the business directly, or write to aram.nersisyan.work@gmail.com with the name of the business, the channel (Instagram, Messenger or chat link) and your Instagram username or the name on your Facebook profile, so we can find the conversation. We delete the conversation, your details and related records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Stop messages without deleting

Write “stop” in the conversation. Achi will not send you automated messages again.
